The project leader and your main point of contact. A true professional that will build a personalization program and detailed roadmap for you and will be responsible for its successful implementation, execution of personalization campaigns, and their optimization based on actual data and insights. The personalization manager will be in contact daily for routine questions, while strategic matters and insights are discussed duringregularly scheduled status calls or business review meetings.
Responsible for the implementation, quality assurance, and launching of your personalization campaigns. Campaign managers are the team’s “hands,” as well as “special force” in case of an urgent need to change a campaign or withhold an experiment.
Customer Success Director
Someone who will always keep track of what’s going on regarding the project and is ready to jump in and solve complicated or non-standard customer issues.
Engages in the project on the implementation (onboarding) phase and remains the key contact for all technical questions on implementation and integrations. They are responsible for developing custom solutions and consulting on their implementation detail. They will also lead the platform training workshops.

Customer’s project team
The key to a personalization project's success is the synchronized collaboration between Gravity Field and Customer’s teams. Usually, our key contacts on the customer’s side are a marketer, a product manager, and the personalization project manager.
The marketer develops and executes a long-term marketing strategy that organically incorporates personalization activities.
The product manager is responsible for consistent experimentation, development, and user experience optimization throughout the product life cycle.
The personalization project manager is responsible for the overall personalization impact, project planning, and team management on the client’s end.
If you chose to take the execution of personalization experiences from the Gravity Field platform to your end, you will require a front-end developer and a content manager.
The front-end developer will be responsible for developing experiences templates and implementing complicated experiences with highly customized logic. On the other hand, the content manager will take charge of setting up and launching campaigns at the Gravity Field user interface.
If you are about to run server-side personalization campaigns, you must involve your back-end / full-stack developer.
